The Villa

Inside this luxury villa, you’ll find a bright and modern living space with an open-plan kitchen, a dining table for six, and a cozy seating area — perfect for your morning coffee or an afternoon read.

The ground floor features one bedroom with a kingsize bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and convenience.

On the first floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, both with kingsize beds, and a second full bathroom. Adjacent to these rooms is a private balcony, the ideal spot to enjoy the morning sun or a peaceful evening breeze.

Step outside to the rooftop terrace with stunning panoramic views of the lagoon — perfect for sunbathing, enjoying sunset drinks, or stargazing under the night sky. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, the villa offers a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with an electric BBQ, ideal for al fresco dinners with family and friends.

Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is still under development and not yet fully completed. You may experience some minor weekday construction noise. However, all main facilities including the Crystal Lagoon, beach bar, restaurants, and water sports are fully operational and available for your enjoyment.

During the winter months, you can relax on the beach, but swimming in the lagoon is not permitted.
