The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating, providing extra comfort during the cooler months.

The bright living area includes a seating area, TV, and air conditioning for both heating and cooling. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, ice cube machine, and all necessary kitchenware. High-speed internet is available throughout the property.

Basement & Extra Living Space

In the basement, there is a comfortable lounge and TV area. This space includes two children’s beds and additional sleeping options, making it practical for families travelling with children.

A washing machine and dryer are available for guests’ convenience, and the villa is equipped with softened water throughout.
