The Villa

This elegant Alamendro villa offers comfort, space, and modern luxury, making it ideal for families.

The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

The bright living area includes a comfortable seating area with TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with an induction cooktop, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware. High-speed internet is available throughout the entire property.

Basement & Lounge Area

In the basement, you’ll find a cozy lounge and TV area, ideal for relaxation or entertainment. This space includes two children’s beds , making it suitable for families.

Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is still under development, and minor construction noise may occur on weekdays. All main facilities, including the Crystal Lagoon, beach bar, restaurants, and water sports, are fully operational.

During the winter months, the beach is accessible, but swimming in the lagoon is not permitted.
