The resort is set within a landscaped green area of over 700,000 square meters and surrounded by more than 4,000 Mediterranean trees. Guests have access to the impressive Crystal Lagoon, the central park, a private sandy beach of over 8,000 square meters, a beach club, and a wide range of water activities such as paddleboarding and kayaking. Casa Madreselva features two outdoor areas. The first terrace overlooks the communal swimming pool and enjoys sun throughout the entire day. The highlight of the penthouse is the spacious rooftop terrace, equipped with sun loungers, multiple seating areas, and stunning panoramic views over the lagoon, ideal for sunset drinks, sunbathing, or simply relaxing in total privacy.

Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort is still under development, and minor construction noise may occur on weekdays. All main facilities, including the Crystal Lagoon, beach bar, restaurants, and water sports, are fully operational. 

During the winter months, the beach remains accessible; however, swimming in the lagoon is not permitted.
