Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is your gateway to a breathtaking holiday, located in sun-soaked Los Alcázares. This villa promises an unforgettable retreat amidst a vast, green landscape, spread over 700,000 square meters and surrounded by 4,000 native Mediterranean trees.
Experience a luxurious vacation with exclusive access to the resort's central park, featuring a stunning Crystal Lagoon, only for Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort residents. The resort also boasts an 8,000-square-meter private beach and a charming beach club for relaxation and water sports like paddle-boarding and kayaking.
The Villa
Inside the accommodation, you'll find a cozy living room with an open kitchen, a 6-person dining table and a comfortable sofa, ideal for family gatherings. This spacious home offers three bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, including one en-suite. Two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (160 x 200 cm & 180 x 200 cm), while the third bedroom in the basement has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Luxe bed linens and towels are provided.
Outdoors, enjoy a private pool, an outdoor lounge in a spacious garden and a rooftop terrace for outdoor relaxation.
Additionally, the villa has a huge 90m2 naturally lit basement with the third bedroom and a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work. There's also a comfy lounge area with 55" TV, a PlayStation 4 and a children' game room featuring a ping pong table for entertainment.
Explore nearby attractions, like La Zenia Boulevard, 17 golf courses within 30km, the authentic city of Cartagena, the beautiful Los Alcázares beach, with its local restaurants and cozy cafes and much much more.
Región de Murcia International Airport is just a short 15 minute drive away, and Alicante Airport is a convenient 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
Please note: The Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is still under construction and is not yet fully finished. It's possible that you might experience some minor noise disruption at the villa during the weekdays because of this. Rest assured, we strive to keep this inconvenience to a minimum. All the resort's amenities, such as the Lagoon with water sports activities and beach bar, are fully operational and available for your enjoyment.

Fantastische vakantie
In mei verbleven wij voor één week in Villa Boja. We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad! De villa is modern, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral de buitenruimte met privézwembad en dakterras was een groot pluspunt. De keuken is goed uitgerust en de woonruimte sfeervol ingericht. De kelder met spelmogelijkheden en werkruimte was ideaal. Het resort zelf is prachtig met een mooie lagune op loopafstand. De omgeving biedt genoeg mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes naar stranden, restaurants en golfbanen. Ondanks wat bouwwerkzaamheden in het resort hadden wij hier geen last van. Verder was de communicatie met de verhuurder snel en duidelijk, alles was netjes geregeld bij aankomst. We voelden ons meteen thuis en willen hier zeker weer terugkomen! Een echte aanrader voor een ontspannen vakantie in Zuid-Spanje.
Super week!
We had a really wonderful week in this beautiful villa in Santa Rosalia! Really nothing is missing in this villa which was super clean and beautiful decorated. The beds were also perfect so we slept like roses. The lagoon and the restaurant there are awesome and we spent a lovely relaxing time there. Nearby the resort are lots of nice restaurants that completed our super week! We will definitely return to this villa in Santa Rosalia
Perfect holiday
We were very lucky to find Villa Boja in this great resort for our summer vacation. The house is as great as described and we spent really amazing days here. The house itself has a lot of space, great facilities and also allowed the parents to find enough peace and time to relax. Our children had the time of their lives and hardly wanted to get out of the pool. They also enjoyed the basement with their own beds, the tv and the other great things such as playing table tennis or playstation. So far a great stay but there is one really big highlight left: The stunning lagoon. You can't believe it if you have not seen it yet. The water and the beach is great and the pure dimension of the lake area gives you great views wherever you look at. We enjoyed having a cold drink at the beach bar which is on a small Island inside the lagoon. We are looking forward to come back one time. Thank you for having us and the great service.
Super verblijf
Eind augustus zijn wij een week in villa Boja geweest op Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort. Wat een heerlijk verblijf! De ontvangst was heel hartelijk bij de sleutel overdracht De villa is echt van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer sfeervol ingericht. Wij waren met 2 personen, maar er is ruimte voor 6 personen. De villa beschikt over een heerlijk privé zwembad waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. In de grote tuin is schaduw en zon dus voor ieder wat. Het resort is nog in oprichting, maar daar merk je bijna niets van. Bij het grote Lagune in het midden van het park, op nog geen 5 minuten lopen van de villa, is het heerlijk. De locatie van de villa is ook perfect. Op nog geen 10 minuten is er de zee, terrasjes en supermarkten. Ook grote steden in de nabijheid.
Perfect Villa Stay!
We had the best time at the Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort in August! The villa was super nice with its own private pool and a cool lagoon. The house was still all new and really fancy, way better than we thought, and it looked so pretty inside. Our kids had a blast and didn't want to leave when it was time to go home. We loved the peaceful area with mini golf and the table tennis and PS4 at the villa. This place made our vacation awesome, and we're already wishing we could go back!
